Returns
Every piece is made, packed, and sent by me with care and attention. As a small, independent brand, I truly appreciate your trust.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.
Please note that final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email me at oksangle@icloud.com.
Once your return is approved, I’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returned items must be:
• In the same condition as received
• Unworn and unused
• With tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please contact me before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing an explanation.
Items must meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you when it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me at oksangle@icloud.com within 5 days of receiving it, and include photos of the issue.
I’ll review the situation and make it right as quickly as possible, either with a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please note that normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care is not eligible for return or refund.
